Entry Level Sales Representative

Location: Vauxhall, London

Full-time | Monday–Friday

Are you looking to start a career in sales and develop your skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment?

Pillar is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team at our office in Vauxhall, London.

This is a customer-facing direct sales role, where you’ll represent our clients through face-to-face interactions, introduce customers to their products and services, and deliver a professional customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training from day one, alongside ongoing coaching and development to help you build your confidence, communication skills and sales ability.

Whether you’re starting your career or coming from a background in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role, we’re interested in people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Represent our clients through face-to-face direct sales.
  • Promote and explain products and services clearly.

  • Accurately complete sales and customer information.
  • Represent Pillar and our clients professionally at campaigns, events and customer activations.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential. Full training is provided.
