About the Role

Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company looking for motivated individuals to join its team as Entry Level Sales Trainees.

This opportunity is designed for people who want to learn through practical experience. You’ll receive structured training in customer acquisition, communication, sales and personal development while working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

No previous sales experience is required. The client is looking for attitude, ambition and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry Level Sales Trainee, you’ll start by learning the foundations of face-to-face customer acquisition and how to communicate confidently with different people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers and building positive rapport
  • Introducing products, services or campaigns through clear, professional conversations
  • Learning how to understand customer needs and communicate relevant solutions
  • Working towards individual performance goals
  • Using regular feedback and coaching to improve your results
  • Developing confidence, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Learning the fundamentals of team development and leadership as you progress
  • Supporting newer team members once you have gained experience

Working Structure

This opportunity is based in Nottingham, and applicants should be able to commute to the client location regularly.

Successful applicants will operate with the client on a self-employed basis, with earnings generated through an uncapped commission-based structure rather than a fixed salary. The model is performance-led and is best suited to individuals who are comfortable working towards measurable goals and want their earning potential to reflect their results.
