Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Harrow

Driving Licence and Car Required

We're seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's growing team in Harrow. This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and enjoys speaking with people. You'll gain valuable commercial experience while developing the skills needed to build a successful long-term career in sales.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support will be provided to help you succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate interest in the company's products and services
  • Research prospective businesses and key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Lead Generation

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales colleagues
  • Gather information to better understand customer needs and challenges
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

Customer Engagement

  • Build rapport with prospective clients
  • Develop confidence through regular business conversations
  • Learn consultative sales techniques to uncover opportunities
  • Represent the business professionally at all times

Training & Career Development

  • Attend structured onboarding and ongoing training sessions
  • Develop sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Learn from experienced sales professionals and mentors
  • Progress towards managing your own accounts and sales opportunities

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Share market insights and customer feedback
  • Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives
