Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Entry Level
Location: Andover
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE
Looking to start a career in sales with a company that will invest in your development and progression?
Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited by the prospect of building a successful career in sales.
No extensive sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to succeed.
What's on Offer?
- £28,000-£32,000 basic salary
- Realistic first-year OTE of £36,000-£44,000

The Role
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and helping drive company growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities
- Booking meetings for the wider sales team
- Keeping CRM records updated and accurate
- Working towards activity and performance targets

About You
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people

- Resilient with a strong work ethic
- Target-driven and motivated by success
- Able to build rapport and relationships quickly
- Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
