Sales Development Representative
Bellshill, Glasgow
£26,000 basic + commission | Full training provided | Driving licence required
We are supporting a well-established organisation within the fuel industry that is looking to hire an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their team in Bellshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team. You will learn how to identify potential clients, hold confident conversations, and qualify opportunities before passing them to senior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective commercial clients
- Build initial rapport and understand customer requirements
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, confident individual with strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a sales environment
- Proactive approach and comfortable speaking with customers
- Full UK driving licence (required)
