Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Alderley Park, Cheshire
£30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (£15,000-£20,000 OTE)
Looking to kick-start your career in sales with a business at the forefront of marketing technology?
We're hiring for an ambitious SDR to join a growing Martech business based at the incredible Alderley Park campus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident building relationships, and wants to develop a long-term career in tech sales.
You'll be joining a supportive team in an industry that's evolving rapidly through data, AI and digital marketing innovation, giving you the chance to learn valuable commercial skills while working with cutting-edge technology.
About the Role
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities for the wider sales team through proactive outreach.

You'll Spend Much Of Your Day
- Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Starting conversations with senior decision-makers
- Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities
- Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Learning consultative sales techniques from experienced mentors
This is a highly proactive role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to new people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Resilience, drive and a positive attitude
- Experience working towards targets is beneficial but not essential
- Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or sporting backgrounds all considered
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales
- Ideally you'll have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location
