Entry Level Team Lead - Uncapped Earnings, Fast Progression

BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)

Compensation: £25,000 – £45,000

Most entry-level jobs cap what you can earn. This one doesn't - your results decide your paycheque.

BasePoint runs face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, British Gas and Mercedes. We're expanding our London team and looking for driven individuals who want to build real sales skills, in real conversations, from day one.

If you're competitive, you like being measured on results rather than hours, and you want to see exactly what your effort is worth, this is worth a conversation.

The Role

This is a field-based sales position built around direct customer engagement and closing on the spot. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Engaging customers in residential and event environments
  • Pitching and representing established brands professionally and confidently
  • Handling objections and closing sales face-to-face
  • Hitting and pushing past personal performance targets
  • Working within a performance-focused team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a degree or previous sales experience. You do need:

  • A competitive streak and a genuine drive to win
  • A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
  • Resilience - the ability to hear "no" and go again
  • Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London

Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus - but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.

  • Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules
  • OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers, with uncapped commission potential
