Health, Safety, Fire, Environmental & Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Fire, Environmental & Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership across our client’s HSFE and Facilities functions. This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the Operations Director, where you will play a key role in ensuring legislative compliance, promoting a positive safety culture, maintaining ISO management systems, and supporting operational excellence across the business.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Health & Safety while also overseeing facilities and maintenance activities, ensuring the organisation's infrastructure, equipment, and compliance standards are maintained to the highest level.

- Develop, implement and continuously improve HSFE policies, procedures, and management systems
- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety, Fire, and Environmental legislation
- Maintain ISO 14001 and Occupational Health & Safety management systems
- Manage risk assessments, safe systems of work, and the organisation's risk assessment programme
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and prepare Board-level reports
- Lead the Facilities and Maintenance function, ensuring buildings, plant, equipment, and infrastructure remain compliant and operational
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
- Previous experience working as a Health & Safety Manager within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:45pm, Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
