Carbon60 is partnering with a leading facilities and energy services provider to find a SHEQ Coordinator for their operational renewable energy plant in Cumbria.
This is a great opportunity for a safety professional looking to step into a role with real influence, working closely with the SHEQ Manager and deputising in their absence, with genuine scope to shape safety culture on an active industrial site.

What you'll be doing:
- Driving positive safety behaviours across employees, contractors & visitors
- Delivering worksite inspections and closing out actions
- Supporting incident investigations and producing clear, actionable reports
- Providing SHE advice and guidance across the site
- Contributing to training, communications, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
- Extensive experience in an industrial setting
- Strong auditing background & risk assessment know-how
- Confident communicator, comfortable delivering training/presentations
- Full UK working rights
