We're supporting a leading international manufacturer with the appointment of an EHS Manager for its Northampton site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong safety culture, significant operational scale and a reputation for investing in both its people and facilities.
The site offers a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. With a highly engaged workforce, ongoing investment projects and an increasing focus on group-wide EHS initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact whilst further developing an already positive safety culture.

- Driving legal compliance, risk management and EHS performance across the Northampton production site, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and statutory requirements.
- Influencing, coaching and supporting managers, supervisors and frontline teams to embed a proactive and positive safety culture.
- Leading EHS programmes including contractor management, machinery safety, behavioural safety, incident investigation, audits, inspections and reporting processes.
- Supporting capital investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst acting as the site's primary point of contact for EHS matters.
Requirements
The EHS Manager will have:

- Health & Safety experience gained within a manufacturing, food & beverage, FMCG or similarly regulated industrial environment.
- A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from shop-floor to senior leadership level.
- A proactive and resilient approach, with the confidence to challenge where required and the ability to operate independently whilst driving positive change.
