Environmental, HSEQ & Compliance Manager - Construction

Location: North London (Primarily Office Based with Site Visits)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The Company

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint a Environmental, HSEQ & Compliance Manager who can help strengthen their management systems, support operational teams and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Having grown from a £6m turnover business to £10m turnover in recent years, they are now seeking an experienced professional who can help take the business to the next stage. This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing organisation, influence company-wide processes and play a key role in shaping future standards and best practice.

Whilst experience within the façade industry would be advantageous, candidates from a wider construction, specialist subcontractor or main contractor background will also be considered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
