Quality & EHS Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5pm
Working Pattern: Office based
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional with strong ISO, audit, CAPA and HSE experience who enjoys being hands-on and making a genuine impact across a site.
Role Requirements
- Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system
- Managing internal and external audits
- Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks
- Managing customer quality issues and complaints
- Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance
- Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs
- Leading incident investigations and HSE activities
- Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking
- Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site

About You
- Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Experience leading audits and managing CAPA
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
