PFF is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead and develop our Environment, Health & Safety strategy across two manufacturing sites.
This is a high-profile leadership role with genuine autonomy and influence. You'll act as the recognised EHS expert across the business, partnering with site leadership teams to drive compliance, reduce risk, improve environmental performance and create a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Leading the EHS strategy across two sites
- ✅ Ensuring compliance with UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
- ✅ Driving a proactive safety culture and behavioural safety programmes
- ✅ Managing audits, inspections, risk assessments and compliance activities
- ✅ Leading accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and preventative actions
- ✅ Improving environmental performance through waste reduction, sustainability and regulatory compliance
- ✅ Developing and delivering EHS training and awareness programmes
- ✅ Providing meaningful reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- ✅ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and reduce risk

What We're Looking For
You will bring:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
- CMIOSH status, or demonstrable progress towards Chartership
- Strong EHS leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment
- Multi-site experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation
- Experience of audits, investigations, risk management and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills

Desirable
- ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 experience
- Environmental management qualifications (IEMA, NEBOSH Environmental)
- Food manufacturing or FMCG sector experience
- Lead Auditor qualifications
