Are you passionate about sustainability and looking to make a real impact across a variety of projects? We are seeking an Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of environmental best practice, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance across projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an environmentally focused professional who enjoys working with project teams, driving continuous improvement, and helping organisations achieve their sustainability objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Support Sustainability Initiatives: Help integrate environmental and sustainability considerations into projects, promoting innovative solutions that reduce environmental impact and support business goals.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Undertake environmental inspections, audits, and site reviews, identifying risks, opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Collect, analyse, and report environmental data, support the tracking of key performance indicators, and contribute to sustainability and compliance reporting.
- Promote Best Practice: Provide guidance to project teams, share lessons learned and success stories, and support the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability strategies.

What We're Looking For:
- Passion for the Environment: A genuine interest in sustainability, environmental management, and helping organisations reduce their environmental impact.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an environmental, sustainability, or related role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or a similar project-based environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of environmental legislation, management systems, and sustainability principles. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 14001 and sustainability assessment frameworks would be advantageous.
- Effective Communicator: Able to build key relationships with stakeholders, deliver clear guidance, and confidently communicate environmental requirements and performance.
- Organised and Proactive: Excellent attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
