Pay: £14.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm
Contract: Temporary
About The Role

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Elmbridge to help tackle environmental crime and improve public spaces.
This is a dynamic, outdoor role where you'll be on patrol, engaging with the public, enforcing regulations, and supporting the local authority to keep the area clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol local areas to identify environmental offences.
- Enforce regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, and waste management.
- Investigate incidents and gather evidence.
- Respond to complaints from members of the public.
- Prepare case files and support legal proceedings where required.
- Use surveillance equipment when necessary.
- Educate residents and businesses to promote compliance.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and calm when dealing with challenging situations.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undertake training and development.
- Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience is desirable.
- Full 5-year checkable work history.
- Basic DBS check required.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle.

Additional Information
- Weekly pay via HIVE 360 Payroll Services.
- Initially offered on a temporary basis.
- Opportunity to transfer to a permanent Kingdom contract.
- Contract of employment issued separately.
- All offers are subject to pre-employment checks.
- Kingdom operates as an employment business providing work-finding services.
