The Role

As an EHS Graduate based in London, you will support the delivery of health, safety and environmental standards across our UK projects.

Working with experienced EHS professionals and project teams, you will gain practical experience across site safety, risk management, environmental compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of EHS procedures across project sites.
  • Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations.
  • Support risk assessments and method statement reviews.
  • Assist with incident, accident and near-miss reporting.
  • Support site inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation.
  • Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support compliance with relevant UK legislation and company standards.
  • Work closely with project and site management teams.

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in the construction and engineering sector.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and practical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a site-based environment.
  • Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
