About Redshaw Advisors
Redshaw Advisors is a specialist carbon risk management and environmental markets advisory firm. We support organisations across the globe in navigating the complex world of carbon pricing, trading strategies, and regulatory obligations.
With decades of experience in EU and UK emissions trading schemes for the compliance market, the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM), and renewable energy markets, our mission is to give clients the clarity, confidence, and tools they need to turn environmental risks into strategic opportunities.
We’re entering an exciting new growth phase and are building out our commercial team to meet demand. To support this, we’re looking to hire ambitious, commercially minded sales professionals with a strong drive to win new business in environmental markets.
Purpose of the Role
This position will play a critical role in accelerating Redshaw Advisors’ growth across core markets including Compliance Carbon (EU ETS / UK ETS), Voluntary Carbon Markets, and Renewable Energy sourcing.
This is a hunter role: you will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, opening doors, and progressing conversations from first contact through to close. You’ll bring an informed, consultative approach to clients, working closely with internal trading and advisory teams to deliver tailored solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
