The Company

Found is the exclusive in-house operator of market leading UK developer FEC… so you just know it’s gotta’ be good right?

And we are on a mission… to be the no.1, experience led, brand-centric 360 lifestyle operator in the UK. Not just for a ‘time in life’, but for a lifetime!

We are searching for an experienced Environmental Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that keeps things running smoothly and waste under control!

Your Mission:

  • Keep the bin stores spotless and well-organised.
  • Rotate, present, and maintain large waste containers (yes, some manual handling required).
  • Be the recycling hero - promote initiatives and manage bulky waste.
  • Break down boxes, clean refuse stores, and coordinate with tenants for commercial waste collections.
  • Patrol the grounds to ensure everything's up to standard and submit reports.
  • Keep communal areas sparkling with deep cleaning, litter picking, and bin emptying.
  • Tackle light maintenance jobs like changing lamps and doing touch-up paint.
  • Report any additional works needed and complete paperwork on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
