We’re looking for a talented and energetic test engineer to join one of Europe’s fastest growing engineering start-ups at the forefront of defence innovation in the UK. You’ll support planning and execution of environmental testing and qualification programmes in what is very much a hands-on focussed role.

Supporting the development of testing methods with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive and justify test severities from operational and lifecycle environments. You’ll get the chance to plan and execute test campaigns both in-house and externally, as well as supporting the design and build of test rigs.
What are we looking for?
- Good understanding of engineering principles and interest in environmental testing
- Experience running/supporting structured engineering tests (work or studies)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, produce clear documentation and practical, hands-on approach to engineering

Nice to have:
- Experience working within a R&D/start-up environment
- Exposure to defence/aerospace industry (DEF STAN 00-035, MIL-STD-810 or STANAGs)
- Test data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python) and CAD usage
