Wood is currently accepting Expression of Interest applications for a Reliability Engineer assigned to the Operated Assets function in Aberdeen for a 12 months fixed term duration. Please note this is not a live position.

The Role

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, integrity, and safety of equipment and systems across operations. This role uses data-driven analysis, engineering principles, and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce failures, optimise asset life, and support safe, cost-effective operations.

Operated Assets sits with Wood’s Operations EMEA business and is based in Aberdeen. We build long-term strategic relationships with clients across each of our 4 sub-service lines: Decommissioning, Operations & Maintenance, Duty Holder, and Optimised Energy. We project manage decommissioning scopes and provide skilled people offshore to help our clients get the best out of their assets and keep them ahead. We introduce the latest digital and decarb tools Wood has to offer, making sure we are continuously driving value for clients and keep making them smarter and faster.
