Job Description: ePCR Senior Business Intelligence Developer
We are seeking an experienced ePCR Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support the preparation for and introduction of a new Electronic Patient Clinical Record (ePCR).
Role Overview
This will involve:
- Preparing and managing the ePCR databases
- Supporting the data flow into the databases
- Integrating legacy and new data
- Report development
- Peer support and review
This post requires specialist technical knowledge and experience to implement, support, and maintain the ePCR databases and reporting to meet the needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Clinical Information and Records Team, the new EPCR Project Working Group, and the Data, Analytics, and Insight Team to support the development and maintenance of data flows and pipelines, integrate the legacy and new data, and ensure the effective flow of clinical data.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Information and Records Team to introduce the new EPCR data and data pipelines.
- Integrate existing/legacy data with the new EPCR data.
- Support the transition from the legacy system to the new, including all tasks relating to clinical information management (legacy reporting/new reporting, etc.).
- Create and run appropriate tests.
- Maintain clinical databases and data flows.
- Provide peer review and support.
- Engage with stakeholders.
- Develop reports (including Power BI).
- Provide System UAT support, including system integration testing.
- Undertake other project and business as usual tasks as required.
