EPE Operator – Electronic Presentation of Evidence
Hybrid (London-based, with international travel) | Contract, with a path to a permanent role
Background
TrialView builds litigation and disputes software used by law firms, barristers and tribunals. Our platform is used at hearings to manage and present evidence in real time. We are looking for an EPE Operator to run the platform in the hearing room, supporting counsel, tribunals and witnesses during trials and arbitrations.
The role
You will operate TrialView at hearings, presenting documents to the tribunal, witnesses and parties as counsel calls for them. The work is live and fast-moving: a delay or an error is seen by everyone in the room. You will set up and test hearing-room technology, prepare bundles in advance with the legal team, and deal with problems as they arise without disrupting proceedings.

The role is hybrid and based in London. Preparation and support work can be done remotely, but you will attend hearings in London courts and arbitration centres and travel regularly to hearings internationally, sometimes for extended periods.
What we need
- Strong technical ability and confidence setting up and troubleshooting AV, network and presentation equipment
- The ability to stay calm, accurate and quick under pressure in a live hearing
- Close attention to detail and a methodical approach to document management
- Clear, professional communication with lawyers, judges, arbitrators and clients
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice
- The right to work in the UK

Experience in litigation support, e-discovery, EPE or a legal environment is an advantage but not essential.
We will train the right person on the platform.
Terms
This is a contract role in the first instance, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent position.
