Role Description
The role will be responsible for project managing a full end-to-end process review for EPI and Credit Control, ensuring the project is governed and reported in line with one of our London Markets Insurance clients Transformation Management Office (TMO) standards:
- Producing delivery plans. Tracking progress against plan, replanning as necessary
- Mobilising and engaging with SMEs involved in delivery
- Overseeing and directing work tasks and activities for Business Analyst and Operational Excellence Analyst
- Risk, issue and dependency identification and management
- Ensuring outcomes are delivered within the target timeframes

Deliverables & Outcomes:
- Map the end-to-end EPI and Credit Control process landscape.
- Establish a single view of current processes, data flows, controls, and ownership.
- Identify pain points, workarounds, reconciliations, and control weaknesses.
Assess the interaction between:
- Underwriting
- Operations
- Credit Control
- Finance
- Actuarial
- Data & Analytics
- Charisma
- PAS / Data Warehouse / Snowflake
Define tactical improvements that can be delivered during 2027.

Design a future-state operating model supporting:
- Consistent EPI governance
- Improved Credit Control effectiveness
- Reduced manual intervention
- Improved reconciliation capability
- Future Core Platform and Finance Transformation requirements
Produce a roadmap and business case for future implementation activity.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience of Project Management in Financial Services, preferably in insurance and the London market
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, specifically Premium capture
- Understanding of Credit Control and associated processes
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-focused
- Can work independently. Takes ownership
- Deals effectively with competing priorities
