Ideal Health is a leading healthcare digital transformation partner, supporting NHS and international healthcare organisations with complex EPR programmes, digital transformation, optimisation, adoption and change.

As we continue to expand our European practice areas, we are building a network of experienced Epic professionals to support major healthcare EPR programmes across Europe.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced Epic Analysts and Epic Lead/Principal Trainers who can work confidently in both German and English.

The Opportunities

We are looking to connect with professionals across two key areas:

Epic Analysts

We are looking for experienced Epic professionals with hands-on experience across areas such as:

  • Epic EHR/EPR implementation
  • Application analysis and configuration
  • Workflow design and optimisation
  • Testing and defect resolution
  • Go-live and post-go-live support
  • System optimisation and enhancement
  • Stakeholder engagement with clinical and operational teams
  • Epic module-specific experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in clinical, operational or technical Epic applications.

Epic Lead / Principal Trainers

We are also looking for experienced Epic training professionals who have led or delivered training within large-scale EPR implementations.

Experience may include:

  • Epic training strategy and planning
  • Training needs analysis
  • Development of training materials and content
  • Classroom, virtual and at-the-elbow training
  • Training the Trainer
  • Super-user / champion programmes
  • Go-live preparation and floorwalking
  • Supporting adoption and behavioural change
  • Working closely with clinical, operational and technical teams

What We're Looking For

For both areas, we're interested in professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Strong hands-on Epic experience
  • Experience working on large-scale healthcare EPR implementations
  • Experience of implementation, optimisation, go-live or adoption
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional German and English language skills – written and spoken
  • Ability to work effectively across international project teams
  • A flexible, collaborative and delivery-focused approach
