Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (LGT)

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (LGT) is a community-focussed provider of local and acute care, delivering high-quality services to over one million people living across the London boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich, and Bexley. Our trust vision is to be exceptional – in the quality of our patient care, our support for colleagues, and in the difference we make through our partnerships and in our communities.

Are you passionate about helping colleagues learn and develop?

This could be the perfect opportunity to develop new skills, broaden your experience, and begin a rewarding journey into the growing NHS digital profession.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Implementation Programme as Epic Credentialed Trainer (Junior IT Trainer). We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy helping others, and are willing to learn. Clinical experience, operational knowledge, and an understanding of how care is delivered are often more valuable than technical expertise.

You will receive comprehensive support and training to build the knowledge and confidence required to deliver efficient Epic training. Successfully completing the credentialing process will lead to recognition as an Epic Credentialed Trainer, a respected qualification within the Epic and NHS digital communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
