We're working with a growing UK manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its technology landscape and expanding its internal applications team. As part of this growth, we're looking for Application Support Analysts and Senior Application Support Analysts to support and enhance the organisation's Epicor Kinetic ERP platform and wider business applications.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in ensuring critical business applications are supported, maintained, and continuously improved. Working closely with users across the organisation, you'll help resolve issues, deliver system enhancements, and support ongoing ERP and business transformation initiatives. This role sits within the ERP team and reports directly to the ERP Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Epicor Kinetic and associated business applications
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues
- Managing incidents, service requests, and support tickets in line with agreed service levels
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and new functionality releases
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Creating and maintaining user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge articles
- Supporting user training and adoption of business systems
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements

What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Application Support Analyst or Senior Application Support Analyst
- Previous experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Epicor Kinetic
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with business users and managing stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of application support processes and incident management
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
