🚀 Epicor ERP Consultant – Manufacturing & Distribution 💰 £70,000 – £75,000 + benefits 📍 UK | Hybrid / Flexible

Chapman Tate are working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to improve processes, deliver ERP solutions and maximise the value of Epicor.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the functional delivery of Epicor across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
  • Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
  • Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
  • Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
  • Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
  • Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of operational business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.

Epicor Kinetic, MRP, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, BAQs, BPMs, integrations/APIs, EDI or multi-site environments would be advantageous.
