Auxilia Group Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Epicor ERP Distribution & Manufacturing Consultant on behalf of our client. This is a permanent (hybrid) opportunity based in Solihull, West Midlands. Occasional travel to client sites across Ireland and the UK will be required.

Role

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the realities of manufacturing, supply chain and distribution and who enjoys combining EPR expertise with practical business problem-solving.

This is a hands-on consulting role where no two projects are the same. One day you could be mapping a manufacturing process with a Production Manager. The next, you could be helping a Warehouse Manager improve inventory control, configuring Epicor functionality, supporting a go-live or working with senior leadership on a wider ERP transformation programme.

As an Epicor ERP Distribution & Manufacturing Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, innovative solutions. You'll become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand what's possible with Epicor and more importantly, how to make it work for their business.

Key Areas of Expertise That Will Set You Apart

  • Epicor Kinetic
  • ERP transformation programmes
  • Manufacturing and production operations
  • MRP
  • Advanced planning and scheduling
  • Supply chain
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Warehouse and logistics operations
  • Engineering and PLM
  • Epicor BAQs, BPM and dashboards
  • Integrations and APIs
  • EDI and barcode solutions
  • Manufacturing quality processes
  • Lean manufacturing
  • Multi-site or multi-company environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
