Auxilia Group Recruitment is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant on behalf of their client.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Epicor ERP professional to join a growing consultancy in a senior technical role. Working closely with clients and internal project teams, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting ERP solutions that help businesses improve their operations and get the most from their systems.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while leading the delivery of technical projects from initial requirements through to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Epicor ERP customisations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions that are scalable, reliable, and easy to support.
  • Produce technical specifications, solution designs, and project documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to developers and technical team members.
  • Review technical solutions and ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage technical issues and provide expertise on complex challenges.
  • Support system upgrades, deployments, and ongoing optimisation projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and technical delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Epicor ERP Kinetic technical consulting role.
  • Strong experience delivering Epicor ERP customisations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor BPMs, REST APIs, and SQL development.
  • Experience working with .NET Framework, JSON, and XML.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub administration and source control management.
  • Experience managing repository structures, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Experience with software release management, version control, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to produce technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting technical team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Epicor Application Studio, Functions, and Automation Studio.
  • Advanced Epicor customisation and BPM development.
  • CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Power BI and SSRS reporting.
  • Third-party integrations and middleware solutions.
  • EDI, barcode scanning, and automation solutions.
  • Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Epicor certifications.
