We’re looking for an ambitious Epidemiology Lead to help shape the future of epidemiology and real-world evidence. This is more than a research role; it’s an opportunity to combine scientific excellence with cutting-edge technology to improve healthcare, influence product innovation, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Working alongside leading academic, clinical and industry partners, you’ll lead high-impact epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology research, support the validation of our technology, and help grow a company that’s redefining evidence generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
  • Develop research proposals and secure competitive grant funding.
  • Collaborate with academic, healthcare and industry partners to deliver impactful research.
  • Generate robust scientific evidence to support the validation and development of Dexter AI.
  • Publish research findings through manuscripts, conference presentations and scientific communications.
  • Provide expert methodological advice to clients and support the successful use of the Dexter platform.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality delivery.

About You

You’ll be passionate about using epidemiology to solve real-world healthcare challenges and excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of science, AI and digital health.

You’ll bring:

  • A PhD in Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing and leading epidemiology and/or RWE studies.
  • A strong track record in scientific writing and grant applications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with statistical software and epidemiological research methods.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead projects independently.
