EPM Consulting Lead

Permanent

Home based (with travel to client site as required)

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading Oracle-focused consultancy that is continuing to invest in the growth of its EPM practice. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional with deep expertise in Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) to join a senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on project delivery with mentoring consultants, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects across a diverse client portfolio
  • Designing and developing consolidation and close solutions, including business rules and calculations
  • Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Advising finance stakeholders on best practice financial close and consolidation processes
  • Supporting and mentoring consultants within the EPM team
  • Working closely with senior leadership to help drive the growth and strategy of the practice
  • Contributing to solution design, delivery methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Extensive Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) implementation experience
  • Strong technical configuration and business rule development skills
  • Experience with Data Exchange and Data Management integrations
  • Finance or accounting background with a strong understanding of financial consolidation processes
  • Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into robust solutions
  • Experience leading project teams and influencing stakeholders at senior levels
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Desirable experience

  • Oracle FCCS certification
  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience across broader Oracle EPM solutions including Account Reconciliation and Narrative Reporting
  • HFM to FCCS migration experience
  • Exposure to pre-sales, solution consulting, or practice development activities
