Sales Specialist – Oracle Cloud EPM (UK & Ireland)
About the Role
We are seeking talented individuals to help grow Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) customer base across the UK and Ireland.
This role requires a strong grasp of EPM (Connected Planning, Account Reconciliation, Consolidation, Tax Reporting), with a particular focus on planning domains (financial and non-financial planning). The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, presenting with clarity and credibility to engage with executive-level clients in business discussions.
You will collaborate across the entire sales cycle—achieving targets, expanding customer bases, and ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive EPM solutions and their unique advantages.
- Develop and articulate how Oracle Cloud EPM delivers measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Educate clients and Oracle partners on Oracle Cloud EPM capabilities and value propositions.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs from pre-sales to implementation teams.
- Strengthen customer success stories and referenceability to drive future sales.
