EPOS Engineer

We’re looking for an EPOS Engineer to join our growing team at SmartEPOS.

The role will involve installing, maintaining and supporting EPOS systems for our customers, both remotely and on-site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring EPOS systems
  • On-site installations and customer visits
  • Providing remote helpdesk support
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
  • Programming and preparing new till systems
  • Training and supporting customers
  • Working with the wider SmartEPOS team to resolve support tickets

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • EPOS experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided

This is a varied role combining customer service and hands-on engineering, with the opportunity to develop as part of a growing business.
