Role Description
The EPR Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of key workstreams related to the EPR Fleet Collaboration. This full-time hybrid role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The EPR Programme Manager will lead cross-functional meetings, track progress, prepare reports and documentation for senior stakeholders, and support decision-making with clear analysis and recommendations. The role also involves managing external partners and suppliers, facilitating continuous improvement in programme delivery, and contributing to strategic planning for the wider Sizewell C project.

- Proven experience in large-scale programme or project management within energy, infrastructure, engineering, or similarly complex environments, with strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Background in nuclear, power generation, or highly regulated industries, with familiarity with safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance frameworks (nuclear experience or EPR-specific knowledge is a strong advantage).
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM) are beneficial.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at different levels, and produce clear documentation and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in the London Area with effective remote working, and maintaining a proactive, inclusive, and safety-focused approach.
- Experience with project management tools and software, data analysis for decision support, and continuous improvement methodologies; familiarity with contract and supplier management is advantageous.
