EPR Project Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Taurus EPR team, powered by Epic, as an EPR Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in optimising and supporting our Taurus electronic patient record (EPR) system. You'll work closely with stakeholders from across the organisation at all levels, to deliver, develop and implement key projects that support safe and efficient patient care.

The Taurus EPR Programme is responsible for the ongoing delivery, optimisation, and governance of the Trust's (Epic) electronic patient record system. Having delivered a successful implementation, the team's strategic focus has now shifted from build and stabilisation to optimisation, value realisation, and continuous improvement ensuring the Trust draws maximum clinical, operational, and financial benefit from its Epic investment.

Duties

The EPR Project Manager is a senior member of the Taurus team and will support the team and Trust's strategic objectives through the following duties:

• Ensure comprehensive documentation is developed, communicated clearly, and presented to relevant stakeholders to support understanding and consistency.
• Provide clear and timely progress updates, proactively escalate issues when projects are off track, and hold team members accountable for delivering agreed commitments.
• Design and implement an accessible benefits framework that captures quantitative and qualitative data, enabling effective reporting on benefits realisation and performance.
• Lead by example, taking a hands-on approach and contributing directly to delivery when required.
• Understand the wider organisational context, team challenges, and delivery constraints, and ensure these are considered when planning and delivering work.
