The clock is ticking.

In just 10 months' time, the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative will go live with a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across our three acute hospitals. This is one of the largest and most ambitious digital transformation programmes ever undertaken across our health system, and we are looking for an exceptional leader to help make it a success.

We're seeking an energetic, experienced and highly credible Transformation and Adoption leader who has project management skills to drive change at scale across our organisations. Ideally, you will have already worked in one of the three trusts and understand the opportunities, challenges and cultural differences which impact the delivery transformational change in the NHS and a programme of this scale.

We're looking for someone who can build relationships, inspire confidence, bring people together, and lead complex organisational change across multiple Trusts, services and professional groups. You'll be equally comfortable managing programme delivery as you are engaging senior clinicians, operational leaders and frontline teams to embrace new ways of working.

About The Programme

The Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative brings together:

  • James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
  • Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
  • The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

The Opportunity

Within this role, you will work with the Chief Operations Information Officer to play a pivotal role within the EPR leadership team, supporting the delivery of the Transformation and Adoption workstream across all three Trusts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
