Location: Lynton House/Hybrid

The London Borough of Redbridge is committed to creating a modern, inclusive and high-performing council where everyone can thrive. As one of London's most diverse boroughs, we are looking for an exceptional EDI professional to lead our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda and help drive lasting cultural change across the organisation.

Working within the People & Culture Directorate, you will lead the development and delivery of our EDI Strategy, embedding inclusive practices, strengthening employee voice, and using data and insight to improve workforce outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders, elected members and colleagues across the Council to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
