We are seeking an organised, personable Equine Administrator to join our team at Fyrnwy Equine Hospital on a full-time basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference
Fyrnwy Equine Hospital is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role that plays a vital part in the day-to-day running of our busy equine hospital and ambulatory practice.
Working closely with our veterinary and nursing teams, you will help ensure that all clinical work is accurately invoiced, client enquiries are managed efficiently and the administrative function of the practice runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing veterinary charge sheets to ensure all work has been accurately recorded and billed.
- Identifying any missing or undercharged items prior to invoicing.
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the billing process to ensure timely invoicing and excellent cash flow.
- Answering overflow telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assisting with a range of general administrative duties to support the wider practice team.
- Liaising with clinical staff to resolve billing queries and maintain accurate records.

Working Pattern
- 40 HPW between 8am and 5pm Mon to Fri
