Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Equine and Farm Veterinary Surgeon in Dundee, Scotland

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Equine and Farm Veterinary Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a growing and successful veterinary practice in the fantastic city of Dundee area, Scotland.

Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

  • Full-time permanent opportunity with flexible working options
  • Flexible working options, time off in lieu and protected breaks
  • Mondays off after a weekend on-call rota

About the Practice

The practice is a well-established, multi-branch mixed practice with superb facilities and equipment, including:

  • Equine stables and stocks at two sites
  • In-house laboratory
  • Mobile digital radiography
  • Equine ultrasound
  • Respiratory scope
  • Access to visiting specialists for advanced procedures

Role Overview

This role provides a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership. You will be required to lead and mentor a team of 5 Equine & Farm vets and to drive the practice forward and uphold service quality.

  • Salary up to £75,000.00 per annum (subject to experience)

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • Experienced Equine and Farm Veterinary Surgeon
  • Ability to lead, mentor and manage a 5 Vet team
