Stores & Rope Access Coordinator
The Stores & Rope Access Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company equipment and assets, ensuring all items are accurately tracked, maintained, inspected, and certified in line with company, IRATA, and HSE requirements. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining equipment availability across all TEXO locations and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating equipment records and certification
- Monitoring inspection and maintenance schedules
- Tracking rope access personnel hours
- Maintaining accurate documentation
The position works closely with the Rope Access Manager to support rope access operations, IRATA compliance, audits, and HSE requirements, helping to ensure the safe and effective delivery of rope access activities throughout the business.

Requirements
- SCQF Level 5 in English and Maths
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in equipment management, asset management, logistics, or a related role
- Full clean driving licence
- Fork Lift Truck licence desirable
