Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Equipment Planner based in Cannock. You'll play a key role in ensuring the right equipment is available at the right time by planning and coordinating fleet activity across a designated region within the UK & Ireland, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll do as an Equipment Planner:

  • Plan and coordinate fleet activity to support customer demand and maximise fleet utilisation across your assigned region.
  • Proactively review sales opportunities and future demand through Salesforce, Power BI and planning tools to ensure equipment availability.
  • Work closely with Operations, Service, Logistics and Rehire teams to coordinate equipment movements and resolve shortages.
  • Monitor fleet availability, identify utilisation trends and provide recommendations to support business performance.
  • Support fleet counts, maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the asset planning function.

You are:

  • Experienced in planning, scheduling, logistics, supply chain, fleet planning or operational coordination.
  • A strong communicator who can build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with business systems, CRM tools and data to make informed decisions.
  • Proactive, collaborative and driven to continuously improve processes and performance.
