Daily Rate Breakdown

  • Traditional Daily Rate: £172 - £255 (dependent on experience)
  • Agreed Contract Rate (ACR): £130 - £196
  • Equivalent Annual Salary: £38k - £57k (inc holiday pay)

Overview

Deloitte is recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 global financial services organisation for an Equities Client Onboarding Analyst to join a high-performing Global Banking & Markets team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced front-to-back operations environment supporting the onboarding of institutional clients across global markets. The successful candidate will work closely with business, operations, technology, and clients to ensure new client relationships are successfully established while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role offers excellent exposure across the trade lifecycle and provides the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders within a leading investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equity Operations: A key part of Global Banking & Markets Division. The business encompasses pre and post execution client services across Equities.
  • Client Integration Team: Supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally and is focused on efficiency, good client experience, and front to back straight through processing.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work in partnership with other operations teams and Equities business to ensure new clients are onboarded accurately, and in a timely manner to achieve a good client experience.
    • Coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products, cash, synthetics, and listed options.
    • Enable existing clients with new products and markets within Equities.
    • Work directly with clients to obtain their post execution preferences and understand their requirements in entirety.
    • Liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology, and business, and build a good understanding of front to back trade lifecycle for Equities.
    • Proactively ensure any newly onboarded clients have no issues after the trading commences by monitoring the client’s pilot trade activity to ensure front to back straight through processing.
    • Help the existing team support the new business and clients.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience: Equities (cash or synthetic) products in a middle office, onboarding, or client service-related environment.
  • Understanding: Equities prime and franchise business.
  • Technical skills: Experience in applying strong technical skills to find innovative and creative solutions to problems within a continuously changing environment.
  • Professionalism: Display a high degree of professionalism and integrity through their work.
