Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business, the Information Technology organization develops flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including the development of the next generation of analytical and trading capabilities. Within this organization, the Equities Technology team partners closely with linear equity investment teams, supporting the tools, workflows, and cross-functional coordination that underpin research, portfolio construction, risk management, and day-to-day investment activity.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted technology partner for Equity Portfolio Managers and analysts in the region
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new equity investment teams, from candidate stage through new joiner setup
- Partner with investment teams to understand day-one requirements and capture ongoing technology and AI needs clearly and effectively
- Maintain accurate technology user profiles and a clear log of open items, owners, dependencies, and target dates
- Coordinate closely with partners across the firm, including Business Management, Operations, Trading, and Data, to align delivery, manage expectations, and communicate progress and risks
- Help ensure investment professionals are well supported through responsive engagement, clear communication, and timely escalation where needed

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as relationship management, technical account management, product management, or project management
- Experience in financial services working directly with equity investment professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the credibility to build strong relationships with senior investment professionals and engineering leads
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines at once
- Strong understanding of equity investing workflows, including research, portfolio construction, and risk management, as well as the tools that support them
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate investment team needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
