Equity Derivatives Trader - London
Our client is seeking an Equity Derivatives Trader to join their team in London, focusing on Exotics products across Index or Single Stock. This permanent, associate-level role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years' experience who wants to take ownership of risk, contribute to trading strategy, and work closely with structuring and sales to deliver innovative equity solutions. You will be part of our client's high-performing trading desk, playing a key role in pricing, risk management, and market-making within the equity derivatives space.

Key Skills & Experience
- Light Exotics: Experience trading and managing risk in light exotics structures, with an ability to understand payoff profiles and hedging strategies.
- Trading: Proven background in trading EQD products, including market-making, risk-taking, and execution in fast-moving markets.
- Equity Derivatives (EQD) Knowledge: Solid understanding of a broad range of equity derivatives, with a particular focus on Index and Single Stock exotics.
- London Market Exposure: Familiarity with the London financial markets and the regulatory and commercial environment in which our client operates.
- Associate Level (2-5 Years): Experience appropriate to an associate-level role, demonstrating growing autonomy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to desk P&L.
