Ministry of Luxury is a UK-based luxury jewellery brand focused on craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and modern luxury positioning. We are entering a growth phase and are looking for a strategic business partner to lead our organic acquisition efforts.
This is not a salaried role. This is an equity-based partnership for someone who understands long-term value and is ready to build a brand from the ground up.
The Role
You will take full ownership of organic growth, with a primary focus on content-led acquisition across digital channels. The role blends strategy and execution, requiring both creative capability and technical understanding.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading all organic growth strategy across search, social, and content channels
- Creating and editing high-quality video content aligned to luxury brand standards
- Developing SEO-led content frameworks to drive traffic and ranking performance
- Managing on-site content structure in line with website architecture and UX principles
- Building a consistent brand narrative across all digital touchpoints
- Driving measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversion
Candidate Profile

Essential
- 3–5 years’ experience in content creation within e-commerce, ideally in the luxury or premium sectors
- Proven capability in video production and editing
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and search intent
- Working knowledge of website structure, UX, and conversion principles
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a function
- Based in the United Kingdom with the ability to work remotely
Desirable
- Experience scaling organic channels from early-stage growth
- Understanding of brand positioning within luxury markets
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Wix
