About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Equity Research Analysts and Associates with recent, hands-on experience producing published sell-side research on public companies. You’ll evaluate AI-powered financial research tools, share expert insights, and help improve how AI systems support real-world equity research workflows.
No prior AI experience is required — your equity research expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in expert interviews covering sell-side research methodologies and workflows.
- Test and evaluate AI-powered financial research tools for usability, coverage, and analytical quality.
- Review AI-generated financial content for accuracy, depth, and industry relevance.
- Assess how AI tools can be integrated into traditional equity research workflows.
- Document observations, recommendations, and actionable feedback.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback to project teams.

Required Qualifications
- Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
- Experience publishing research reports, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations for public companies.
- Strong financial analysis, analytical rigor, and industry expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Experience working with institutional clients and published sell-side research standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for financial research or analysis.
- Experience participating in interviews, panels, usability testing, or workflow evaluations.
- Strong ability to translate complex research concepts into actionable insights and feedback.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $180–$220/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Approximately 10 positions available.
