An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Reward Advisory team, helping leading organisations navigate complex reward and remuneration challenges while working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
What makes this opportunity stand out?
- Advise on executive remuneration, equity incentives, and reward strategy
- Work closely with senior leadership teams and Remuneration Committees
- Design and review share plans, LTIPs, and cash-based incentive arrangements
- Be involved in corporate transactions, governance, and ESG-related reward matters
- Develop commercial skills through business development and client relationship management
- Mentor and develop junior team members whilst progressing your own career

- Corporate governance and remuneration reporting
- Reward implications of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Pay and benefits benchmarking
- Tax, accounting, and commercial considerations relating to reward structures
- Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and client proposals
