A leading creative organisation are bringing an Employee Relations Advisor to the team on an initial 4 month contract, to support with an increase in ER casework, to start ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and variety of ER work and is confident managing a broad caseload. You'll be supporting managers across a range of disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and workplace conflict matters, providing practical and commercially minded advice throughout.

Working closely with the wider People team, you'll coach managers through both formal and informal processes, support investigations, produce high-quality case documentation and use your experience to spot themes and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have solid ER experience - perhaps in a ER focused role previously! You'll need a good understanding of UK employment law and the confidence to build credibility with stakeholders and provide constructive challenge where needed. You'll need to be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple cases at once and able to handle sensitive situations with sound judgement and discretion.
