ER Advisor Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a ER Advisor to take ownership of complex employee relations matters across a multi-site organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll provide practical ER advice and coach managers across all levels of the business.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating across multiple sites in a fast-paced, operational environment. Due to continued growth and restructuring, they are looking to strengthen their HR team with an experienced ER Advisor.
Description
- Offer professional advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assist managers in handling performance management and absence management cases.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Provide training and coaching to managers on HR policies and employee relations topics.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on initiatives and projects.
- Support organisational change and restructuring where required.
- Work across multiple sites and build strong relationships with operational teams.
- Analyse employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the HR Director on wider people matters.

Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong experience in an ER-focused HR Advisor or Senior ER role.
- Practical, commercially minded and solutions-focused.
- Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- TUPE experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience within logistics, transport, aviation, manufacturing, facilities, hospitality, healthcare or a similar sector would be advantageous.

Job Offer
- Salary: Up to £45,000
- Location: Woking
- Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
