Temporary ER Advisor

Reporting to Senior HR Advisor

Location: Nuneaton - 3 days on site, 2 from home

Immediate - initially temp ongoing

Loom Talent are partnering to support the growth of a HR team within the education sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide professional advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, absence and grievances.
  • Proactively review and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
  • Support the development of People policies and practices
  • Coach line managers on best practice, deliver training to upskill and support them

  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee relations
  • Approachable and solutions focused, with a good understanding of employee relations and current employment legislation
  • Comfortable managing complex cases, building strong relationships and providing advice on best practice.
  • Confident building relationships with key stakeholders
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
